Fun in a Photobooth
It's been so long since my last post! There's been so much I've wanted to post here, but the new job is keeping me hella-busy and the baby has been occupying the evening hours.
So, in the few minutes I have here, I thought I'd post something completely inane. I now have a MacBook Pro 17" that I use for work, and included with it is a cute, if not particularly useful program called Photobooth. It uses the little camera built in to the computer generally used for video conferencing. Photobooth is definitely the right name, though because a MacBook is a cumbersome camera. ;-)
So anyway, here's some fun I had with it - oh, I should note that photoshop was not used in the creation of these images! Obviously, in most cases...
Me, perfectly happy and perfectly symmetrical.
This one is kinda freaky. Reminds me of that game you play with a ball bearing on two metal bars and you try to get the ball all the way to the end without dropping it.
Balanced, but bored...

Where are you, anyways? Santa's cabin?
Heh, almost. Mrs. Dave's aunt an uncle had just built a nice new log cabin in West Virginia and we went up there for Thanksgiving. There was nothing on TV (at least that we could receive, and they didn't have cable or a dish - aaack! no football on thanksgiving!), the kids were in bed, the hens were cluckin' up a storm and the old guys were talking about the banking business, so I was a smidge bored that night.
hahahahaha... this is funny in a third grade graphic design geek sort of way, but the word verification code for this post is (say it letter by letter out loud) iprgb. Ya, it rly is. I couldn't make that one up.

Oh, BTW, the first two were taken in the living room of my house, the rest were in the cabin (obviously).
